HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?
Our products are not eligible for Return/Exchange.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE /WRONG PRODUCT
We Quality Control all our shipping and packaging processes, but in rare circumstances, if you do receive a damaged, defective/wrong product or an incomplete order, simply get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving your order with pictures at Hello@pureessenceco.in and we will take care of the rest.
Gift cards
Gift cards purchased on www.pureessenceco.in are non-refundable.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Please allow up to 10 business days after your items have been received by our warehouse for your refund email confirmation to be sent. Once your return is received, inspected and approved, we will send you an email confirming your refund amount.
Please note that, depending on your original form of payment method, it can take up to 7 business days for your refunded amount to be credited to your account.
